Our Jazmine Beauty support team is available: Monday - Friday: 9-5PM PT. The Jazmine Beauty support team is not available Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Years Day.

Clean beauty starts from within, that’s why we decided to skip out on the “junk” when formulating our products. Jazmine Beauty is cruelty-free, clean, safe, and sustainable. We are certified by well-known and trustworthy organizations such as the Leaping Bunny Program and PETA Cruelty-Free.

We are unable to guarantee putting a stop to your order once submitted. You should always review your order before checking out, but in the event you made an error, you should contact our support team for assistance at customerservice@jazminebeauty.com or 949-955-1239.
Find the status of your order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under ‘My Account’.
After your order has been placed, we will email you an Order Confirmation Number. Use this Order Number if you have questions about your order. Orders cannot be tracked until they have been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1-2 days post shipment.

Shipping & Returns
Standard Shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $50 and over (excluding taxes).
You have up to 7 days (from the delivered date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
Unfortunately, Jazmine Beauty cannot facilitate returns or exchanges of items purchased in-store. Please contact the retail store for their return policy.
When items are temporarily unavailable, it will be labeled as “Out Of Stock”. If items are discontinued and out of stock, the product will no longer appear on the site. We cannot accept “back orders” at this time.
